And who is Gabby?
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #149002
Technically Gabrielle, but please call me Gabby (:
Here's a little more about me as a person, not just a therapist.
I'd think most people wouldn't want their therapist
to feel like a total stranger, right?
Below you will find more about my story, my schooling /training,
and future goals in my practice!
My Story
Every therapist has a story of why this work is so important to them and
what brought them to want to help others.

To be candid, I want you to know that I'm here because I have
experienced things in my life that I truly never thought I'd make it through:
growing up with family members who struggle with addiction,
having unstable relationships, being impoverished,
having extremely low self-esteem,
and maintaining a level of depression that was so consistent it became my new norm.

Overall, just feeling extremely lost. Sound familiar?
Maybe certain pieces of this also feels like you. I know I'm not alone. Neither are you.

These are incredibly common experiences.
It can be so difficult to know what to do if you don't get any support.
I started tackling these things with my own therapist many years ago
and finally saw that I didn't have to keep navigating life the way that I was.
You can't change others, but you can change the way you move through life, see yourself, and think.
Now I have a career that I am in love with, a 10 year relationship with my partner,
fulfilling friendships, hobbies that help me recharge, and a positive relationship with myself.
My dream is to have my own private practice (with a dog in my office!) It hasn't happened yet, but stay tuned!

Now I get to use my lived experience and my training as a therapist to help reach people who also want to work on finding out what parts of them can grow and blossom with the right & most supportive conditions.

When I got the help I needed, I was able to make changes for myself
to make this dream job a reality. I obtained the following degrees
to make sure I am serving you as best as I can.
I am also an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist,
and expect to obtain full licensure by the end of 2026.
